School Activities
In-School Activities:
- Students will have field trips that relate to topics of study in their classrooms. For example, if the students are learning about the History of Hanoi, they might take a field trip around the city to prominent and important sights and buildings. Field trips are used to enhance learning and understanding; there is always an educational reason for field trips.
- Students will have opportunities to learn and improve in the art classroom. Each homeroom class will have art on a regular basis, taught by a specialized art teacher.
- Students will also have music class on a regular basis taught by a specialized music teacher.
- Students will have physical education (P.E), on a regular basis taught by a specialized P.E. teacher.
- There will be many other activities in the classroom that students will participate in like class parties and celebrations, presentations, plays, and so much more.

After School Activities:
Students will have the option of participating in the after school program (ASAs) that are put on by our classroom teachers, and other volunteers. ASAs will run four times throughout the school year and each session will run for eight weeks. The ASAs run for an hour immediately following the school day. Parents:
We encourage parent involvement at Concordia. We believe that parent involvement is an integral part of the education of the whole child. We encourage our parents to volunteer, on a regular basis, or on a as possible basis. There are plenty of opportunities for parents to participate in school life through volunteering in the library, in the classroom, going on field trips, sharing favorite books, or using your unique talents during different units of study.
