Students were able to play bean bag races, eat a great picnic and spend time with both their family and their classmates...and even some of their classmates' family! Students will have the option of participating in the after school program (ASAs) that are put on by our classroom teachers, and other volunteers. ASAs will run four times throughout the school year and each session will run for eight weeks. The ASAs run for an hour immediately following the school day. See After School Activities for more details.

We encourage parent involvement at Concordia. We believe that parent involvement is an integral part of the education of the whole child. We encourage our parents to volunteer, on a regular basis, or on a as possible basis. There are plenty of opportunities for parents to participate in school life through volunteering in the library, in the classroom, going on field trips, sharing favorite books, or using your unique talents during different units of study.
