Completely fill out the application form. The application form can be printed (PDF or Word) and filled out for submission, or it can be completed and submitted on-line.

Upon submission of the completed application form and the application fee, the application will be assigned an application date, which we use to fill space and manage waiting lists, if applicable.
At waitlisted levels, applicants must first be formally accepted before being placed on the waiting list.
The admissions review process to determine acceptance starts only upon receipt of all supporting materials. Waitlisted students: Acceptance for one school year is not automatic acceptance for subsequent school years.

Testing for elementary students includes both a math and English language assessment. In grades 6 -12 all new students we will use the SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) which includes a math, language arts, and writing sample. In addition, for students whose native language is not English, Concordia will also take a language assessment. Testing students is used to determine student placement and if any additional services are required. It is the goal of Concordia entrance exams to determine the match between a particular student's needs and potential and Concordia’s resources and capabilities. The cost of testing is included in the application fee.
Step 4 is where the admission decision is made.
Each student’s ability to achieve success in an atmosphere of high expectation, and an environment of self-discipline and responsibility to the school community, is carefully assessed.

Official Letters of Acceptance are sent by e-mail. The family can then accept or decline the invitation. Some applicants may be accepted on a monitored or probationary basis and granted full admission upon successful completion of the conditions or provisions noted.
